<br />City of <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />City Council Chambers <br />Monday, May 15,2006 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City Council <br />to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers <br />on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Pust; Maschka; Thlan; Kough and Mayor Klausing. <br /> <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on tonight's <br />Agenda. There were no amendments. <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Receive Public <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the Comment about <br />audience on any non-agenda items. City Issues <br /> <br />A. Wally Myllenbeck, 778 Grandview Avenue W <br />Mr. Myllenbeck, noted surrounding cities had identifying <br />"welcome" signs displayed, and also noted on cable <br />channels. Mr. Myllenbeck encouraged City <br />Councilmembers to replace the old "railroad" sign on <br />County Road C at Hamline and Snelling, with signage <br />similar to that at the city parks. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing thanked Mr. Myllenbeck for his <br />comments; and noted that his timing was excellent to get <br />the item available for discussion during the community <br />visioning and 2007 budget processes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough spoke III support of Mr. <br />
