<br />City Council Regular Meeting - OS/22/06 <br />Minutes - Page 12 <br /> <br />detailed in the staff report dated May 22, 2006. Mr. Beets <br />advised that the majority of the items were related to legal <br />fees (appraisal work and court filings) incurred to work on <br />the Eminent Domain process, as authorized by the City <br />Council, for property acquisition to provide right-of-ways <br />for Twin Lakes Parkway; and all were pursuant to the <br />development agreement in place. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, approval of the following <br />claims and payments as submitted, as part of the Twin <br />Lakes Redevelopment Agreement, and scheduled for <br />reimbursement by Rottlund Homes. <br /> <br />#43515 $1,411.65 <br />ACH Payments $17,690.07 <br />Total $19,101.72 <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan. <br />Abstentions: Kough <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> <br />5.a <br /> <br />Proclamation of National Night Out <br />Police Department Community Relations and Crime <br />Prevention Coordinator Heather Darby, announced the <br />City's 23rd annual National Night Out; and reviewed <br />upcoming mailings to block captains with permit <br />information for holding block parties. Ms. Darby noted <br />that Target was the national sponsor this year, and she was <br />working with the Roseville Target who will provide picnic <br />packs to the first 25 neighborhoods signing up for a block <br />party. Ms. Darby also noted that Outback Steakhouse was <br />holding a drawing for block parties to have Outback cater <br />their block party, with the drawing to be held on July 10th. <br /> <br />Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, proclaiming August 1, 2006 <br />as the Twenty-Third Annual National Night Out," and <br /> <br />Recognitions, <br />Donations, <br />Communications <br /> <br />Proclamation of <br />National Night Out <br />
