Councilmember Pust sought City Council input and about its Strategic <br />assignment to individual goals; and suggested that the Goals <br />matrix be updated on a monthly basis and included in the <br />Council packets in an effort to monitor progress on each <br />specific goal. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust requested additional discussion at the <br />next City Council Study Session if Councilmembers were <br />interested in specific goal assignments. Councilmember <br />Pust respectfully requested each Councilmember to read <br />the draft and forward their individual comments and <br />suggestions to City Manager Beets to be considered and <br />discussed by the City Council corporately. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Councilmember-Initiated Items for the Council Meeting of <br />June 12,2006 <br />Councilmember Ihlan had previously expressed concern <br />regarding distribution of e-mails by City staff to third parties; <br />specifically a personal e-mail of hers that had allegedly been <br />provided to staff and the Twin Lakes developer by the City <br />Manager; and questioning the merits of such actions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested an agenda item and direction to <br />staff to submit something more specific related to City practices <br />and policy for forwarding e-mails to third parties; and who <br />determines the relevance of when information is included in a <br />Council packet and/or published on the internet. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough requested an agenda item authorizing <br />him to continue working with various Roseville service <br />organizations to pursue new "Welcome to Roseville" signage; <br />with consideration regarding their authorization and installation <br />by the City Council at a later date. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested an agenda item to determine <br />how the recently-adopted State Legislation related to Eminent <br />Domain would impact the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Project. <br /> <br />13.
