Planning Commission Chair Planning Commission <br />ICysylyczyn lnoved, Schroeder seconded, the nOlnination Chair <br />of Troy Duncan. <br /> <br />Klausing spoke to the need for experience, ties to the <br />community and leadership. <br /> <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn asked for public COlnment. <br />II Dick Lambert asked questions of Mr. Duncan. <br />II Dan Wall cOlnn1ented positively about John <br />Rhody. <br />Maschka cOlnlnented about personal politics. Schroeder <br />described his visits to citizen advisory boards and his <br />support for Mr. Duncan. <br />John Rhody, resident, spoke about his desire to continue <br />to serve as chair of the Planning Commission and about <br />fairness. <br />Jim Mulder, resident, spoke in favor of Mr. Rhody for <br />three reasons. <br />Polly Franke, resident, spoke illJ'.lyorofMr. Rhody and <br />expenence. <br />Mary Traynor, resident spoke in favor ofMr. Rhody and <br />the criteria for reappointment. <br />Troy Duncan, resident, spoke about his leadership and <br />management experience, his COlnlnitlnent to the City and <br />objectivity. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn relnarked about qualifications for <br />reappointn1ent of the Planning COlnn1ission Chair. <br />
