However, on a positive note, Mr. Trudgeon advised that the City’s code <br />2 <br />enforcement staff finding good networking and connections with bank representative, and were finding <br />3 <br />them more receptive to provide maintenance services, providing remarkable turnarounds on identified <br />4 <br />code enforcement issues. <br />5 <br />6 <br />Ms. Kelsey noted that since the data was only available on Sheriff’s Sale notices, and not inclusive of <br />7 <br />all vacant properties in Roseville, short sales or pay off of debt could also happen in the interim. <br />8 <br />However, when homes were vacated, Ms. Kelsey advised that staff was observing considerable <br />9 <br />recapitalization of vacant homes. <br />10 <br />11 <br />11.
