<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 06/20/06 <br />Minutes - Page 14 <br /> <br />and environmental tool. <br /> <br />Discussion included policy rationale; Environmental Quality <br />Board requirements and their need for five-year review for <br />proj ects approved under the AU AR; provision by staff of <br />projected costs for updating funded by the Community <br />Development Planning Division; the usefulness of the AUAR as <br />the best process and document providing a broad view and <br />support for mitigating impacts; and whether additional <br />environmental review was available in the process. <br /> <br />It was Council consensus to have staff return with additional <br />information and costs for updating the AUAR; as required to <br />begin by August 12, 2006 and due for completion within one <br />year. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested that staff provide additional <br />information to the City Council as to the consequences if <br />thresholds from the previous AUAR had already been exceeded. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, directing staff to proceed with <br />beginning work on update of AUAR, including cost analysis, and <br />return to the City Council with the information to consider <br />further action for reviewing of the AUAR. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Ihlan; Pust; Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Consider Approving a City Code Revision (Sec 1005.015) <br />pertaining to Restaurants within the B-4, Retail Office <br />Service District (PF 3764) <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke noted that this item had been <br />continued from the May 22, 2006 meeting for staff to provide <br />additional infonnation and a history on amendments regarding <br />restaurants and the Business Districts Section. <br /> <br />Mr. Paschke noted that staff had found several inadvertent <br />omissions to Section 1005.015 in the Chart that occurred when <br />the text portion of the City Code pertaining to Business Districts <br />(1005) was amended on two separate occasions.
