Ground Floor: Finished floor height shall be a <br />maximum of 18" above sidewalk. <br />ii. Height is not limited. <br />in. Facade <br />A) The primary facade (facades fronting the Build <br />to Areas, a Pedestrian Corridor, park or public <br />street) of all buildings shall be articulated <br />into distinct increments such as stepping <br />back or extending forward, use of storefronts <br />with separate windows and entrances, arcade <br />awnings, bays and balconies; variation in roof <br />lines, use of different but compatible materials <br />and textures. <br />B) Blank lengths of wall fronting a public street or <br />pedestrian connection shall not exceed 20 feet. <br />C) Building facades facing a pedestrian or public <br />space shall include at least 30% windows and/ <br />or entries. <br />D) All floors above the second story shall be <br />stepped back a minimum of 8 feet from the <br />ground floor facade. <br />iv. Entries: Entries shall be clearly marked and visible <br />from the sidewalk.
