Build To Area <br />min. 6 <br />setback <br />A) Refer to Regulating Plan Map (Figure 1005- <br />1) for location of the Build To Area. Building <br />may be placed anywhere within the Build To <br />Area. <br />B) At least 50% of the lineal Build To Area shall <br />be occupied by the front facade of the building. <br />Q Within 30 feet of a block corner, the ground <br />story facade shall be built within 10 feet of the <br />corner. <br />D) If a building does not occupy the Build To <br />Area, the parking setback must include a <br />required landscape treatment consistent with <br />Sections 4 and 5 below. <br />ii.
