75and across the accesses, driveways and parking areas located on the Owner’s Property shown on <br />76Exhibit A attached hereto, or if the City is unable to access the Easement Area by such means, <br />77over such other reasonably equivalent areas as the Owner shall provide. Said easement shall be <br />78binding upon the Owner, and its successors and assigns, shall run to the benefit of the City, and <br />79its officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns, and shall run with the land <br />80until this Agreement is terminated and the Encroachments are totally removed from the <br />81Easement Area. <br />82 7. Except for the Owner’s right to construct, use, maintain and repair the <br />83Encroachments as provided herein, the City shall continue to have all of the rights and privileges <br />84which have been granted to the City by the Storm and Sanitary Sewer Easement. <br />85 8.
