Recognitions <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Approving a Resolution of Appreciation for <br />Volunteers at the City of Roseville 2002 Home and <br />Garden Fair <br />A three-minute video was played highlighting the Home <br />and Garden Fair. Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, <br />adoption of a resolution extending the City's <br />appreciation and gratitude to all the volunteers who <br />participated in the 2002 Roseville Home and Garden <br />Fair. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Approving General Donations to the City of Roseville <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to authorize <br />accepting the following donations: <br />Gene Woehrle Bench for Arboretum $ 2,200.00 <br />O'Dea Family Bench for Lexington Park 2,500.00 <br />Donn Wiski Tree for Arboretum 150.00 <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />III. Hearings <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Cost Plus, Incorporated, Off-Sale Liquor License, to <br />be located at 2401 Fairview (which is the space <br />formerly occupied by "Just for Feet") <br />Miller overviewed this request. Kysylyczyn opened the <br />public hearing. Kough asked whether the applicant was <br />involved in any other liquor licenses in Minnesota. <br />Michael Berea, applicant, indicated Cost Plus was <br />seeking four licenses in Minnesota. Kysylyczyn closed <br />the public hearing.
