<br />City Council Minutes - 02/11/02 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Direction to Staff about Reviewing Applicants for the <br />Human Rights Commission Vacancy <br />Kysylyczyn moved to direct staff to organize the <br />assessment of the three applicants for the one vacancy on <br />the Human Rights Commission. <br /> <br />Kough spoke in favor of uSIng the process of <br />interviewing applicants. <br />Klausing agreed with Kough <br />Maschka agreed with interviewing. <br />Schroeder asked what happens to applicants who are not <br />appointed. Under the current policy, their applications <br />are kept for one year and they are eligible for <br />appointment during that time. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, to interview the <br />three applicants for the one vacancy on the Human <br />Rights Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />none. <br /> <br />VII. Ordinances & Resolutions <br /> <br />VIII. Nays: none. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Approving Renewal of Facilities Lease Agreement <br />with the Minneapolis Fire Department <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the <br />Facilities Lease Agreement between the City of <br />Roseville Fire Department and the City of Minneapolis <br />Fire Department for the use of the North Campus Fire <br />Training Facility. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Approving 2002 Contractor Licenses <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the <br />issuance of contractor licenses for those contractors on <br />the attached list. . Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn.
