Hearings <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Stoney River Development Request for Approval of <br />Final Plat, Final Development Plan (PUD) and Draft <br />Planned Unit Development Agreement at 795 Iona <br />Lane (PF3357) <br />Kysylyczyn opened the public hearing. No citizens <br />sought to speak. One citizen was present, and was in <br />support of the case. Kysylyczyn closed the public <br />hearing. Klausing asked that Welsch make a short <br />presentation on this case. Kysylyczyn reopened the <br />public hearing. Olga Henderson, 2765 lona Circle asked <br />about the types of homes that will be constructed here <br />and the nature of the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Ordinance 1259 <br />Stoney River <br />795 Iona Lane <br />(PF3357) <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the final <br />(second) reading of an ordinance rezoning the parcel <br />from Single Family Residence District(R-I) to Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) with an underlying zoning of <br />Single Family Residential (R-I). Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Schroeder, Kough, Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the Final <br />Subdivision Plat of Owasso Ridge for the development <br />of the 2.25-acre parcel into seven single-family <br />residential homes. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Klausing seconded, to approve the Final <br />Redevelopment Plan and Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement of Owasso Ridge specifying all terms and <br />conditions for the development. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />IV. Land Use <br /> <br />A. Minnesota State Fair Request for an Interim Use Minnesota State Fair <br />Permit for Seven Park & Ride Lots in Roseville Interim Use Permit <br />(PF3370) Park & Ride Lots <br />Welsch presented a short staff report. Kysylyczyn (PF3370) <br />offered to allow two interested citizens to speak who <br />indicated that they had concerns about the St. Rose lUP. <br />
