Kough spoke in favor of <br />the pond in front and the apartment in back. <br />Kysylyczyn spoke in favor of a mixture of the original <br />proposal and Option B. Mr. Carrier reported on meeting progress. He <br />indicated they were looking for final tuning. Chief <br />Gasaway had nothing to add to Mr. Carrier's comments. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to extend the <br />time line to March 25, 2002.
