Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, <br />Kough, Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Klausing moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, approval of the <br />FIRST READING of a rezoning (map amendment), <br />changing the property from its current zoning on four <br />parcels from B-1, Limited Business District, B-2, <br />Limited Retail District, and B-3, General Business <br />District to a Planned Unit Development with an <br />underlying zoning of B-1, Limited Business and R-3 <br />General Residence District on the two lots respectively. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Klausing moved Kysylyczyn seconded, approval of the <br />General Concept PUD Plan for a two-story 16,000 <br />(gross) square foot professional office complex in the <br />northwest comer of Lot 1, Accessible Space Addition <br />and a three-story 22 unit supportive housing complex <br />located on Lot 2, Accessible Space Addition, subject to <br />the conditions listed in Section 7 of this project report. <br /> <br />Kough expressed his hope that the developer and <br />neighbors can work out the details.
