First Reading of Roseville Visitors Association (RVA) Ordinance <br />Enabling Ordinance Amendment First Reading <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to hold the first RVA <br />reading of an ordinance requiring an Annual Report by <br />the Roseville Visitors Association (RVA). Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />Then Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to amend the <br />proposed ordinance to include the words "in writing and <br />by oral presentation at a City Council meeting" at the <br />end of the proposed ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: none. <br />VIII. Consent Agenda <br />Klausing asked why Item G., not waiving Roseville's statutory <br />immunity, was a necessary part of the agenda. Jamnik <br />explained. <br />Regarding Item F., involving dishonored checks, Maschka and <br />Schroeder asked Miller about the "tele-check" process. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />A. Approving Arbor Day Proclamation Arbor Day <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a Proclamation <br />proclamation proclaiming that Friday, Apri126, 2002 be <br />named Roseville Arbor Day. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />B. Adopting a Resolution Authorizing Application fora Resolution 9983 <br />State of Minnesota Outdoor Recreation Fund (DNR) Application <br />Grant for Rosebrook Park Pathway MN Outdoor <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, adoption of a Recreation Fund <br />resolution authorizing City Staff to submit a grant Rosebrook Park <br />application to the Minnesota Department of Natural Pathway <br />Resources Outdoor Recreation Program for a Pathway <br />
