Reports & Recommendations <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Streetscape for County Road C, Feasibility Study for <br />Phase I <br />Kysylyczyn asked for a motion. Schroeder moved, <br />Kysylyczyn seconded, to order the preparation of <br />Feasibility Report for County Road C Streetscape <br />Construction Phase 1. <br /> <br />Feasibility Study <br />Co Rd C Streetscape <br /> <br />Schwartz summarized the connection between the <br />County's street reconstruction and Roseville's <br />streetscape construction. Kough questioned the $1,800 <br />for DSU. Klausing asked Schwartz for examples of <br />things DSU may help with. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved to amend the motion capping the <br />DSU expenditure to an amount not to exceed $1,800. <br />Schroeder, motion maker, accepts. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />Kough. <br /> <br />B. Consider New Roseville Precinct Lines New Precinct Lines <br />Curti summarized the proposed changes in the Roseville <br />precinct lines. Schroeder asked about a polling place for <br />Precinct 5, and the potential to consolidate proposed <br />Precincts 1 & 3. Kysylyczyn asked about the numbering <br />scheme. <br /> <br />Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt the <br />newly drawn precinct lines. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, <br />Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />none. <br /> <br />C. Discuss the City's Assessment Policy Assessment Policy <br />Kysylyczyn put forth three issues as potential changes. <br />1) Streetscape. <br />Klausing quoted from the County Road C Task Force <br />recommendations. Tim Krienke, Task Force <br />Member, indicated that the recommendations <br />pertained to County Road C. Kough commented on <br />the value of a nice streetscape on County Road C. <br />Maschka commented on the value to the City and to <br />
