Hearings <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Consider Big Bowl, Incorporated On-Sale & Sunday <br />Intoxicating Liquor License at 10 Rosedale Center <br />Miller overviewed. Kysylyczyn called for motion to <br />approve. Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve <br />the On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor license for <br />Big Bowl, Incorporated at 10 Rosedale Center for the <br />year ending December 31,2002. <br /> <br />Mayor opened the public hearing. No citizens wished to <br />comment. Kysylyczyn closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Kough asked about other liquor licenses for these <br />corporations in Roseville. Ron Harris, representing the <br />Applicant, indicated that the parent corporation has a <br />license for Chili's. Miller and J amnik indicated there are <br />no restrictions to the number of liquor licenses that one <br />may have. <br /> <br />Roll Call on motion to approve, Ayes: Klausing, Kough, <br />Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Consider Romano's Macaroni Grill On-Sale & <br />Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License at 10 Rosedale <br />Center <br />Miller overviewed. Kysylyczyn called for a motion. <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the On- <br />Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor license for <br />Romano's Macaroni Grill at 10 Rosedale Center for the <br />year ending December 31, 2002. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn opened the public hearing. No citizens <br />wished to comment. Kysylyczyn closed the public <br />hearing. The Applicant was present. <br />Roll Call on motion to approve, Ayes: Klausing, Kough, <br />Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn.
