<br />City Council Minutes - 04/15/02 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />sexual presentations on premises with a liquor license. <br />2) Al Sands, resident, spoke to the City's study of <br />assessment policy and the wealth of the City of <br />Roseville. He asked for financial forecasts for the City. <br />3) Ed Burrell, resident, asked about the Odd-Even Task <br />Force and the Council's procedure in dealing with that <br />Issue. <br />4) Barb Mastel, resident, wanted to talk about the odd- <br />even task force material and about Public Comment. <br />She commended to the Council's attention the "pro" <br />reasons for odd-year elections in the memorandum <br />summarizing the April loth public workshop, especially <br />the added focus on local issues in odd-year elections. <br />5) Roger Toogood, resident, asked that the odd-even item <br />be postponed until the Council has had an opportunity <br />to review the materials from the April loth public <br />workshop. <br />6) Polly Franke, resident, spoke about Council procedures. <br />She commended Ms. Curti for her handling of th public <br />workshop and her memorandum. <br />7) John Goedeke, resident, spoke in favor of a work <br />session dedicated to the odd-even election cycle issue. <br />8) James Rush, Concordia High School teacher, asked <br />about the sequence of issues on the agenda. <br />9) Tam McGeehee, resident, spoke about Council <br />procedures and work sessions. <br />10) Sharon Gerber, resident, spoke in favor of a working <br />Odd-Even Task Force and in favor of data. <br /> <br />Klausing spoke in favor of an Odd-Even Election Work <br />Session. <br /> <br />IV.
