He described the history of the <br />various proposed site plans for this project. <br />Maschka asked if most of the neighbors at the May I st <br />Planning Commission meeting favored the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to adopt the site <br />plan described in paragraphs 4.3 and 4.4 (A & B) of the <br />staff report. <br /> <br />Kough asked for public comment. <br /> <br />· Marlene Struwe, resident, representing the Rose <br />Villa Town Home Association, favored the <br />Planning Commission recommendation. <br />· Dick Houck, resident, spoke against the project as <br />too intense and out of context with the character of <br />Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Kough asked Welsch about City Codes regulating <br />building heights. <br /> <br />· Joan Bierscheid, resident, remarked that the site <br />plan recommended by the Planning Commission <br />was widely supported by the neighbors. <br /> <br />Klausing noted that he favored the Planning Commission <br />
