Lynn Basich, attorney representing Advent Lutheran <br />Church, reminded Council Members of their oath, about <br />religious freedom, MSA funding mechanisms, and court <br />processes to resolve disputes. <br /> <br />C. Dick Kuettel, resident, expressed concerns about the <br />Roseville Estates Mobile Home Park. Kough referred <br />the matter to Neal Beets and asked that the Council be <br />updated at their May 13 th meeting. <br /> <br />D. Tam McGeehee, resident, expressed concern about <br />police grants; she believes that more officers should be <br />trained in domestic abuse issues. She also had concerns <br />about the work allocation of current police officers and <br />the City's space planning timeline. <br /> <br />E. Roger Hess, Jr., resident, suggested incorporating a new <br />License Center into the improvements on the Civic <br />Center Campus to save on rent expenses. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Recess to Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Re2ular Meetin2 <br /> <br />I. Communications <br /> <br />A. Schroeder congratulated Tim Pratt, City of Roseville <br />Communications Specialist, for receiving the Award of <br />Excellence from the Minnesota Association of <br />Government Communicators for the cover photo of the <br />November 2001 Roseville Wrap, and for receiving the <br />Award of Merit for the video "Retouching Roseville." <br />Schroeder also congratulated several residents for <br />receiving CTV awards. <br /> <br />B. Kysylyczyn spoke about the passage of a state statute <br />banning phosphorus and asked Schroeder to put an item <br />on a future Council agenda dealing with a possible <br />Roseville ordinance regarding phosphorus in fertilizer. <br /> <br />7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />7:16 p.m. <br />
