Setting a Hearing Date for Property Abatement at Resolution 9993 <br />2154 Lexington Av Establish Hearing <br />Schroeder asked why we are taking this action, gIven Property Abatement <br />that the subject property is for sale. 2154 Lexington <br />Kough asked about enforcement action. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to adopt a <br />resolution to establish June 10, 2002 as the hearing date <br />for proposed property abatement at 2154 Lexington <br />Avenue and to direct staff to provide information on the <br />condemnation process, including tax roll data and <br />preliminary clean-up cost information. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: none. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Approving the Replacement of the Data Connection <br />to the License Center <br />Kysylyczyn expressed concerns about expending this <br />money when the License Center may move.
