C. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Brent Thompson & Brentwood Town Offices <br />Variance to Section 1009.03M regarding the <br />placement of a ground (monument) sign setback from <br />the east (Lexington Avenue) property line <br />Schroeder n1oved, Klausing seconded, adoption of a <br />resolution granting Brentwood Town Offices a 14 foot <br />variance to Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code <br />to allow the installation of a ground sign one foot from <br />the west property line (2332 to 2340 Lexington Avenue) <br />based on the findings in Section 5 and subject to the <br />conditions in Section 6 of the project report dated <br />05/13/02.
