Nays: none. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />A. City Council Meeting Minutes of May 13, 2002 <br />Kough moved, Klausing seconded, to approve the <br />minutes of May 13, 2002. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, <br />Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />none. <br /> <br />The meeting recessed for the Executive Session. <br /> <br />X. Other Business <br /> <br />A. Closed Executive Session: Semi-Annual City Manager <br />Evaluation. The review of Mr. Beets was based on his <br />first ten months in his position as Manager, and <br />discussions centered around Manager/Council <br />communication, public relations, implementation of <br />council directives, and various management issues <br />including the handling of personnel matters. No <br />adjustments to Mr. Beets terms and conditions of <br />employment were made. <br /> <br />XI.
