<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 07/24/06 <br />Minutes - Page 6 <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust, following discussions with staff prior to <br />the meeting, and with apologies for staff, the community and <br />City Council, asked that Item 12 entitled, "Fire Department <br />Daytime Staffing Issue;" be delayed until the next regular <br />business meeting to allow her more time for due diligence <br />regarding the request. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing, due to the absence of Councilmember Kough <br />at tonight's meeting, delayed discussion to another meeting of <br />Items 14.e and 14.f, respectively entitled, "Request of <br />Councilmember Kough to discuss creating a Council Audit <br />Committee;" and "Request of Councilmember Kough to <br />Consider Membership in the Twin Cities North Chamber of <br />Commerce." <br /> <br />Council consensus was to proceed with the agenda as modified. <br /> <br />3. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any City Issues. No one appeared to speak. <br /> <br />4. Approve Minutes Approve Minutes <br /> <br />4.a <br /> <br />Special City Council Meeting of July 10, 2006 <br />Councilmember Ihlan had several questions as to the <br />results of several of the numerous motions related to the <br />Public Hearings on Alcohol Compliance and City Council <br />actions (pages 24 - 33 of the July 10, 2006 meeting). <br /> <br />It was Council consensus to hold approval of the July 10, <br />2006 meeting minutes, pending another review of the <br />meeting's video tape record. <br /> <br />4.b <br /> <br />City Council Study Session of July 17, 2006 <br />Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the July 17,2006 <br />City Council Study Session as presented. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Pust; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Special City <br />Council Meeting of <br />July 10,2006 <br /> <br />City Council Study <br />Session of <br />July 17, 2006 <br />
