City Council Regular Meeting - 07/24/06 Minutes - Page 6 Councilmember Pust, following discussions with staff prior to the meeting, and with apologies for staff, the community and City Council, asked that Item 12 entitled, "Fire Department Daytime Staffing Issue;" be delayed until the next regular business meeting to allow her more time for due diligence regarding the request. Mayor Klausing, due to the absence of Councilmember Kough at tonight's meeting, delayed discussion to another meeting of Items 14.e and 14.f, respectively entitled, "Request of Councilmember Kough to discuss creating a Council Audit Committee;" and "Request of Councilmember Kough to Consider Membership in the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce." Council consensus was to proceed with the agenda as modified. 3. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any City Issues. No one appeared to speak. 4. Approve Minutes Approve Minutes 4.a Special City Council Meeting of July 10, 2006 Councilmember Ihlan had several questions as to the results of several of the numerous motions related to the Public Hearings on Alcohol Compliance and City Council actions (pages 24 - 33 of the July 10, 2006 meeting). It was Council consensus to hold approval of the July 10, 2006 meeting minutes, pending another review of the meeting's video tape record. 4.b City Council Study Session of July 17, 2006 Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the July 17,2006 City Council Study Session as presented.
