<br />Section 906.03. Deletions, Modifications, Amendments and Insertions. <br /> <br />In addition to reformatting to comply with the City of Roseville Code format, the <br />International Property Maintenance Code, 2003 edition, is hereby amended in the <br />following aspects: <br /> <br />a. Section PM-I01.1. Title. Section 101.1 is hereby amended by inserting the words <br />"the City of Roseville, Minnesota" for and in exchange of the words "name of <br />jurisdiction" . <br />b. Section PM-IOI.3.lntent. Section 101.3 is hereby amended by inserting the <br />words "current edition of the Minnesota State Building Code" for and in exchange <br />of the words "International Existing Building Code". <br />c. Section PM-I 02.3. Application of other codes. Section 102.3 is hereby amended <br />by inserting the words "current edition of the Minnesota State Building Code" for <br />and in exchange of the words "International Existing Building Code". <br />d. Section PM-I02.7. Referenced codes and standards. Section 102.7 is hereby <br />amended by inserting the words "in the current edition of the Minnesota State <br />Building Code" following the words "listing in Chapter 8" and insert the words <br />"the current edition of the Minnesota State Building Code" for and in exchange of <br />the words "this code". <br />e. Section PM-103.1. General. Section 103.1 is hereby amended by inserting the <br />words "The Codes Coordinator" for and in exchange of the words "The <br />department of property maintenance is hereby created and the executive officer in <br />charge thereof'. <br />f. Section PM-103.5. Fees. Section 103.5 is hereby deleted in its entirety. Fees shall <br />be approved by annual resolution of the Roseville City Council. <br />g. Section PM-I06.4. Violation penalties. Section 106.2 is hereby amended to read <br />to-wit: "Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this <br />code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be <br />punished as a misdemeanor offense. Each day upon which a violation continues <br />shall be deemed a separate offense." <br />h. Section PM-I 11.0. Means of Appeal. Section PM-II1.0 is hereby deleted in its <br />entirety and shall be replaced with "Any person shall have the right to appeal to <br />the City of Roseville City Councilor its designee, a decision of the Building <br />Codes Official or a notice or order issued under this code. An application for <br />appeal shall be based on a claim that the true intent ofthe code or the rules legally <br />adopted thereunder has been incorrectly interpreted, the provisions of the code do <br />not fully apply, or the requirements of this code are adequately satisfied by other <br />means." <br />1. Section PM-302.4. Weeds. Section 302.4 I is hereby amended by inserting the <br />words "8 inches" for and in exchange of the words "Gurisdiction to insert height <br />in inches)". <br />J. Section PM-303. Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs. Section 303 is hereby <br />deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />2 <br />
