S.c Resolution in Recognition of Patriot's Day, 2006 Interim City Manager and Finance Director Chris Miller presented a resolution, marking September II, 2006, the fifth anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center; and recognizing the City's public safety officers. Kough moved, Maschka seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10426 entitled, "Resolution in Recognition of Patriot's Day, 2006" as the City of Roseville pauses to remember the impact of September 11, 200 I on the City of Roseville and our nation; to honor the dedication of Roseville's firefighters and police officers, knowing their willingness to serve our citizens with honor and bravery gives all of us peace of mind; and to thank the men and women of our armed forces who have given their lives, and those who continue to serve to keep our country safe from terror. Mayor Klausing, on behalf of the City Council, staff and citizens, thanked the City's Fire and Police Departments for their continued service to the community; and thanked them for the meaningful and impressive ceremony held earlier in the day at Central Park commemorating September II, 2001.
