<br />City Council Regular Meetiug - 09/11/06 <br />Minutes - Page 10 <br /> <br />the application of Majors Sports Cafe. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing opened and closed the Public Hearing at 6:45 <br />p.m., with no one appearing for or against. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Maschka seconded, approval of the On-Sale and <br />Sunday Intoxicating liquor license, for Majors Sports Cafe of <br />Roseville, LLC, located at 2801 N Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Ihlan; Kough; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing and Councilmembers welcomed the applicant to <br />the City of Roseville, and wished them well in their venture. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Consider the Request by Moser Homes & Zawadski Homes in <br />Cooperation with the Mounds View School District Request <br />for a Comprehensive Land Use Map Amendment, <br />Preliminary Plat, Rezoning & General Concept - Planned <br />Unit Development at 2959 Hamline Avenue (PF 3676) - <br />continued from 8/28/2006 <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke reviewed the revised site plan and <br />past history of the request. Mr. Paschke also responded to <br />previous questions and comments of the City Council. Mr. <br />Paschke noted that tonight's bench handout was a result of the <br />most recent City Council direction; and represented all single <br />family homes; and would not require a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson opined that the General Concept Plan and <br />Preliminary Plat stages of the proposed development changes <br />could be made at this point, and since it was a reduction in density <br />from that presented to the Planning Commission, there was no <br />need for the Planning Commission to rehear the case or re-notice <br />and conduct another Public Hearing; noting that the City Council <br />was the ultimate decision-maker at this point. <br /> <br />Applicant and Representatives <br />Bob Moser, Developer <br />Mr. Moser reviewed the most recent Preliminary Plat for <br /> <br />Resolution 10427 <br />Support <br />Application of <br />DEED Grant <br /> <br />Moser Homes & <br />Zawadski Homes in <br />Cooperation with <br />the Mounds View <br />School District <br />Comprehensive <br />Land Use Map <br />Amendment, <br />Preliminary Plat, <br />Rezoning & <br />General Concept - <br />PUD <br />2959 Hamline <br />(PF 3676) <br />
