AttachmentA EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 1 th Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 14 day of May, 2012, at 6:00 2 p.m. 3 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: . 5 6 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 7 8 RESOLUTION No. 9 10 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 11 ROSEWOOD WETLAND AND MIDLAND HILLS ROAD DRAINAGE 12 IMPROVEMENTS 13 14 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: 15 16 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on October 25, 2010, for the 17 Rosewood Wetland and Midland Hills Road Drainage Improvements, Minnesota Dirt Works, 18 Inc., of Burnsville, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 19 this contract. 20 21 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 22 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted 23 and approved; and 24 25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper 26 order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and 27 28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract 29 shall commence on May 14, 2012. 30 31 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member and 32 upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the 33 following voted against the same: . 34 35 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 36
