<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Meeting <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Minutes <br />Tuesday, September 25, 2006 <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular <br />meeting at 6:00 p.rn. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Maschka; Ihlan; Kough; Pust and Mayor <br />Klausing. <br /> <br />City Attorney Joe Langel arrived at 6:05 p.rn. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda Item <br />3.g entitled, "City Manager Search Progress Report and Award of <br />Contract for Search Firm Services." There were no other changes <br />to the agenda. <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any City Issues. <br /> <br />A. Nancy Golden, 2226 Laurie Road W <br />Ms. Golden expressed concern regarding how public notice <br />was provided in the Roseville Review for land use cases, <br />specifically the Acorn neighborhood. <br /> <br />Interim City Manager Chris Miller noted that normal <br />procedure for public notice of City Council agenda packet <br />information was to make it available to the public on the <br />
