Community Development Director John Stark reviewed the process for broader public notification for upcoming public hearings via mailed public notice to property owners within a minimum of 350' area surrounding the subject property; via public legal notice in the Roseville Review in a time frame proscribed by State Statute; and via posted notice at City Hall. Mr. Stark noted that the public hearing occurred at the Planning Commission level; and common practice was for the developer to include signage at the proposed property to be developed for additional public notice.
