Final Reading: Ordinance Amending Section 703.05 <br />Regarding Bus Shelter Installations (PF3389) <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, <br />o the final reading of the bus shelter Ordinance, <br />Version 2, and <br />o the Consent Agenda with the exception of item L. <br />about which Kough had a question; and <br />o both sets of Minutes. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, Klausing <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Ordinance 1267 <br />Bus Shelters <br /> <br />VIII. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br />See Agenda Section VII. A.: Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder <br />seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda (in addition to VII. <br />A. and IX. A. & B.) <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn raised a point of order, citing Beets' failure to <br />have Schroeder approve Consent Agenda Item L. Schroeder <br />supported Kysylyczyn's point of order. Beets indicated <br />Schroeder concurred with the item in a conversation with him <br />at City Hall on Friday, July 12. <br /> <br />Point of Order <br /> <br />A. Approving Payment for Abatement Work 1661 Stanbridge <br />Completed at 1661 Stanbridge (PF3200) <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to authorize <br />payment in the amount of $2,658, payable to Parkos <br />Construction, Inc., for work accomplished in reference <br />to the public nuisance abatement costs of 1661 <br />Stanbridge Avenue, Roseville. All costs are to be <br />assessed, with interest, to the property at 1661 <br />Stanbridge Avenue and payable as a portion of the <br />property taxes beginning with 2003 taxes. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, <br />Klausing, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />
