Mathwig stated that the unit is usually parked on a <br />boulevard or in a designated parking space and has <br />several anti-theft devices on the unit itself. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets advised that the unit will be returned <br />to storage overnight when possible. <br /> <br />No Action Taken. <br /> <br />Agenda Change - Mayor Kysylyczyn Comments <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn announced, for public information, <br />seven (7) vacancies on the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority (HRA) Board, and sought applicants prior to <br />his appointments scheduled at the August 5, 2002 Council <br />meeting. Interested residents were asked to contact Cathy <br />Bennett at City Hall. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn, having not been available to respond <br />during the Public Comment portion of the Work Session, <br />advised those in the audience who were having difficulty <br />hearing during the meeting, were welcome to sit closer to <br />the Council dais. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn requested information from City <br />Manager Beets on an internal issue involving staff <br />accessing private property. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn responded to earlier comments <br />regarding illegal use of city-owned property and <br />equipment, citing litigation in Minnesota and Wisconsin. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn sought clarification from staff on the <br />estimated percentage of survey responses from a recent <br />informal survey in the city's newsletter, the Roseville <br />WRAP. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn expressed appreciation to Mr. Kermit <br />
