Ed Burrell, 87 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Mr. Burrell asked whether the City Council had ruled out <br />a community center, and asked about a proposed location <br />for a community center. Mr. Burrell suggested that the <br />City Council should not rule out Arona as a community <br />center site. <br />B. Tam McGeHee, 77 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Ms. McGeHee encouraged Councilmembers to set a <br />Master Plan before approving a developer for the Arona <br />site. <br />C. Joseph Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford Street <br />Mr. Machyowsky commended the Mayor and two other <br />Councilmembers for their accomplishments. Mr. <br />Machyowsky also expressed concerns regarding his <br />alleged victimization by the press. <br /> <br />5:15 - 5:30 p.m. <br />
