Arona Developer Interviews (one hour each) Arona Developer <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn left the meeting at this time, and Acting Interviews <br />Mayor Kough reconvened the meeting at 5:45 p.m. <br /> <br />A. Interview #1 - Timbercraft 5:45 p.m. <br />Mike O'Connell introduced the team members who, in <br />turn, described their design, construction and <br />development experience. <br /> <br />Timbercraft highlighted their record of traditional <br />neighborhood projects; the efficiency of their site plan; <br />and the variety of homeowners and architectural styles to <br />which they appeal. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Kough recessed the meeting at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br />B. Interview #2 - Metro Plains 6:57 p.m. <br />Jeannie Kelsey introduced the team members who, in <br />turn, described their design, construction and <br />development experience. <br /> <br />Metro Plains highlighted their Roseville contacts, <br />communication with the adjoining neighborhood; <br />incorporation of historical and Open Spaces; <br />connectivity into neighborhood; and internal pedestrian <br />and vehicular circulation. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Kough recessed the meeting at 7:48 p.m. <br /> <br />C.
