Mr. asked for Council consideration of <br />provision for space proposal they <br />selected. <br /> <br />Tim Higgins, 1498 West County Road C-2 <br />Mr. Higgins commented on traffic concerns and <br />emergency vehicle access points related to his <br />neighborhood with the proposed Arona site <br />development. Mr. Higgins stated his first preference of <br />developers would be United Properties, with Timbercraft <br />being second and third with their options B and A <br />respecti vel y. <br /> <br />Ed Burrell, 87 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Mr. Burrell requested caution of Councilmembers on <br />premature actions regarding the 14 acre site that could <br />possibly incorporate other pending projects, including <br />the public safety and public works facilities; a <br />community center; and cooperative efforts with Ramsey <br />and School Districts and any other plans for <br />additional housing in the area. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Burrell recommended that the City Council put this <br />project on hold until a more comprehensive planning <br />effort was implemented and concluded. <br /> <br />
