Mr. <br />Norgaard asked that Councilmembers ensure that each <br />and every home in this development provide for <br />handicapped accessibility. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Welsch stated that <br />that consideration was part of the negotiation process <br />with a preliminary developer following Council direction <br />to staff. <br /> <br />Noone else spoke for or against. <br />Acting Mayor Kough closed the public hearing at 9: 10 <br />p.m. <br />
