<br /> <br /> <br />Reports and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />the <br />land <br />proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmembers once again reviewed their preferences <br />for of a developer. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka selected United Properties <br />Roseville Churches Coalition, with MetroPlains as his <br />second choice, and reiterated his rationale, and spoke to <br />public comments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing concurred in selecting United <br />Properties as his first choice, deferred comment on a <br />second choice at this time, and spoke to public <br />comments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder again expressed his <br />appreciate of the proposals received from all ten (10) <br />developers, and thanked staff for their preliminary time <br />in selecting four (4) for Council consideration. <br />Councilmember Schroeder stated that, upon his review <br />of the original proj ect goals, each of the proposals <br />demonstrated those goals with differing options. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder selected the United Properties <br />proposal as his first choice for its housing affordability, <br />and transitions residential and commercial areas <br />related to the existing neighborhood.
