<br /> <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order) Schroeder, Maschka, Kough <br />and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Larpenteur Avenue Pathway: Discussion of <br />Funding, Council Direction <br />Public Works Director Schwartz provided background <br />information on Larpenteur Avenue between Hamline <br />Avenue and Dale Street; with pathway improvements <br />originally studied in the mid-90's and planned in two <br />phases.
