Mr. Swartz stated that, subsequent to <br />construction, concerns had been raised regarding sight <br />lines to the east when making a right turn on red from <br />southbound Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Staff had provided three options, following initial <br />conversations with Ramsey County. <br />1. Removal of the three (3) entry monuments adj acent <br />to Larpenteur Avenue, east Lexington, at a cost <br />of$5,000 to $10,000; <br />2. Installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign on <br />southbound Lexington at Larpenteur at a cost of <br />$100 ; <br />3. No action if the Ramsey County recommendation <br />is that enough intersection control is in place. <br /> <br />Staff recommended that <br />formal report. <br /> <br />City await Ramsey County's <br /> <br /> <br />Streetscape <br /> <br />
