Mr. <br />Frambo stated that his business was scheduled to be open <br />from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., to facilitate customers after <br />normal banking hours. <br /> <br />Further discussion included an understanding by <br />Councilmembers of concerns of other businesses, but <br />recognition of limits of the law in allowing permitted <br />activities. <br /> <br />Klausing moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />request by George Frambo and Global Financial <br />Outsourcing Services, Inc. to operate a currency <br />exchange business under the name United Check <br />Cashing within Suite "C" at 2219 County Road D. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Kough requested input from the public. <br /> <br />Dave Reschetz spoke as a new tenant at 2219 County <br />Road; and spoke of concern regarding the type of <br />clientele using type of business. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Kough closed <br />p.m. and called the motion. <br /> <br />Public Hearing at 8:05 <br />
