Also, as the City of Roseville is the Legal <br />Government Unit for the administration of the Wetland <br />Conservation Act, their approval is required for the <br />wetland banking plan. <br /> <br />Terry Noonan, representing Ramsey County Public <br />Works, spoke to various aspects of the proj ect, including <br />any environmental impacts due to aerial spraying. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded approval of the <br />Excavation Permit and Wetland Banking Plan for <br />W oodview Marsh. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Kough opened the meeting for public <br />comment regarding this proposed project. <br /> <br />Reports and <br />Recommendations <br /> <br />Excavation Permit <br />Woodview <br />Marsh <br />Restoration <br />Project <br />
