<br />City Council Minutes - 08/19/02 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10021 entitled, "A Resolution Approving <br />a Variance to Section 1004.01A6 (Maximum Total <br />Surface Area) and Section 1004.02D4 (Yard <br />Requirements - Setbacks) of the Roseville City Code for <br />Property Located at 716 County Road C (PF 3393)" <br />Subject to Section C and Section 7 of the staff report - <br />dated August 7, 2002. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Maschka, Kough and. <br />None. <br /> <br />Staff was directed to instruct the Building Department to <br />seek restitution from the contractor for collection of a fee <br />penalty upon his next Building Permit application. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Reports and Recommendations <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Consider Excavation Permit for Wetland Banking <br />Plan for Woodview Marsh Restoration Project <br />Assistant Public Works Director Debra Bloom reviewed <br />this request, requiring a City permit due to the fact that <br />over 5,000 cubic yards of material was proposed to be <br />excavated. Also, as the City of Roseville is the Legal <br />Government Unit for the administration of the Wetland <br />Conservation Act, their approval is required for the <br />wetland banking plan. <br /> <br />Terry Noonan, representing Ramsey County Public <br />Works, spoke to various aspects of the proj ect, including <br />any environmental impacts due to aerial spraying. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded approval of the <br />Excavation Permit and Wetland Banking Plan for <br />W oodview Marsh. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Kough opened the meeting for public <br />comment regarding this proposed project. <br /> <br />Reports and <br />Recommendations <br /> <br />Excavation Permit <br />Woodview <br />Marsh <br />Restoration <br />Project <br />
