Ordinances & Resolutions <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution Calling a Special City Bond <br />Referendum Election for November 5, 2002 <br />Finance Director Miller introduced the need to take <br />action on the proposed special election for public <br />consideration of a bond issue for Public Works and <br />Public Safety facilities.
