No one <br />appeared for or against. <br /> <br />City Attorney Jamnik stated that the amended language <br />was to lines 39 and 40 of the proposed ordinance, <br />regarding fence height specific to rear yards for lake <br />parcels, following Planning Commission review of <br />language as suggested by Councilmember Schroeder, <br />and at the direction of the City Council, at a previous <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded tabling any Council <br />action until the regular meeting scheduled for September <br />23, 2002. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />None. <br /> <br />VIII.
