5.2Review of the proposed outdoor storage area against the standards and <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />100 <br />criteria leads Planning Division staff to conclude that the use can meet all pertinent <br />101 <br />requirements except those pertaining to screening, and Planning Division staff believes <br />102 <br />that the proposed screening makes reasonable and acceptable progress toward conformity <br />103 <br />in light of the existing, nonconforming conditions. <br />104 <br />6.0PC <br />UBLICOMMENT <br />105 <br />A representative of the business to the north of the subject property exchanged some <br />106 <br />emails with Planning Division staff, supporting the application, offering suggestions for <br />107 <br />screening materials, and expressing optimism for improved maintenance of the property <br />108 <br />by a new owner; these comments are included with this report as Attachment D.
