Al Sands, 2612 AIdine <br />Mr. Sands provided COll1ll1ents regarding infoffi1ational <br />meetings of the Roseville Charter Con1mission scheduled <br />for Thursday, October 3,2002 at 7:00 p.n1. at the Fairview <br />COlnmunity Center; and Saturday, October 12, 2002 at <br />12:00 p.m. at the Roseville Branch of the Ran1sey County <br />Public Library. <br /> <br />Noone else appeared for comment at this tilne. <br /> <br />II.
