Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br />City Manager Beets made a typographical correction to Item <br />XI., A., to read "Approving 2003 Contractor Licenses," rather <br />than 2002 licenses; and confirmed that the list provided for <br />approval consisted of 2003 applicants. Mr. Beets also <br />corrected Item XII., Minutes, to read, "Approval of the Minutes <br />of the September 30, 2002" meeting, rather than September 23, <br />which had been previously approved. <br /> <br />A.
