<br />Regular City Council Minutes -10/14/02 <br />Minutes - Page 11 <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Klausing <br />Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />The confirmation of the appointment of a City Prosecutor <br />was rej ected <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved to reconsider the vote. <br /> <br />There was no Council comment or discussion; and Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn called the motion to reconsider the vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Abstention: <br /> <br />None. <br />Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br />Maschka and Klausing. <br /> <br />The motion failed. <br /> <br />x. <br /> <br />Ordinances & Resolutions <br /> <br />A. Second Reading and Enactment of Honor Guard <br />Ordinance <br />Klausing moved, Schroeder seconded, the second reading <br />and adoption of Ordinance No. 1272 entitled, "An <br />Ordinance Amending Chapter 5, Section 503.01, of the <br />Roseville City Code Concerning Discharge of Firearms." <br /> <br />City Manager Beets confirmed that there had been no <br />changes from the first reading. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br />None. <br /> <br />B. First Reading of Pawn Shop Ordinance <br />Sergeant Rosand outlined the request for the City's <br />participation in the Automated Pawn System data base, <br />which would require revision of the City's current <br />ordinance.
