He identified the <br />reconstruction streets that need total reconstruction. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn asked for a n10tion. <br /> <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10039 entitled, "Resolution Approving <br />Project Locations for the 2003 Pavement Management <br />Program (PMP): Streets, Pathways and Parking Lots." <br />Councilmen1ber Schroeder asked who does the pavement <br />condition ratings. Mr. Welsch indicated that it was a <br />combination of internal and external persons. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn asked about the public notification <br /> <br />process. <br /> <br />Mr. Schwartz indicated there is public notice on <br />reconstructions and public hearings. Review of the Schorn/Agness Interim Use Permit at <br />2256 Lexington Avenue (PF 3329) <br />Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, finding the Interim <br />Use Permit at 2256 Lexington Avenue (PF 3329) in <br />conformance with the conditions of the pern1it, and <br />approving continuance of the Agness/Schorn Interim Use <br />Permit, with an annual report to be presented again in <br />October of 2003. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Welsch reported on <br />last year's discussion of this item and the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation this year (3-2). <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing asked why two Planning <br />Commissioners voted no. <br /> <br />2256 Lexington <br />Avenue <br />(PF 3329) <br />Review of <br />Schorn/Agness <br />Interim Use <br />Permit <br />
