Review of the State Fair Parking Interim Use Permits <br />(PF 3370) <br />Community Development Director Welsch reported on <br />last year's discussion and this year's issues at St. Rose of <br />Lima. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for a motion. <br /> <br />Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, approval of the <br />Interim Use Permits (as issued on March 4,2002) for the <br />Minnesota State Fair, in accordance with the findings and <br />recommendations outlined in the project report dated <br />October 14, 2002, to monitor and inspect each park-and- <br />ride lot in 2003, and provide the Planning Commission <br />and City Council with the inspection record. <br />Councilmember Maschka asked about problems at the <br />Bethany Church lot. <br /> <br />State Fair Transportation Coordinator Steve Granz was <br /> <br />State Fair <br />Parking <br />Interim Use <br />Permits <br />(PF 3370) <br />
