Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Canvass the November 5, 2002 General Election <br /> <br />General <br />Election <br />Canvass <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the final <br />election results as presented and Agenda Items #3 and #4 as <br />well. <br /> <br />Per Minnesota State Statute 205.185, subd. 3, within seven (7) <br />days after the General Election, the City Council shall meet as <br />a canvassing board and declare the results of the General <br />Election. The results of the two questions on the General <br />Election ballot are attached and made a part of this record, by <br />precinct of the November 5, 2002 General Election, as <br />presented to the City of Roseville by the Ramsey County <br />Election Department. <br /> <br />City Referendum <br /> <br />City Charter Question <br /> <br />Total Votes <br />Yes 8,876 <br />No 8,043 <br /> <br />Total Votes <br />Yes 5,663 <br />No 9,599 <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />
